Het project beschrijft een systeem voor het geautomatiseerd vastleggen van gegevens in… realtime van informatie over de inspectie van slachthuizen met behulp van een Visual Basic-interface voor registratie in Microsoft Excel. Er werd een HACCP-plan voor het slachten van rundvlees geschreven, samen met stroomschema's en CCP-registratiebladen. Er is een gebruikersinterface ontworpen om CCP-inspectiegegevens vast te leggen in een formaat dat rapportage en analyse mogelijk maakt. Het systeem werd gebruikt om de CCP-gegevens van de inspectie vast te leggen in een runderslachterij. Voorbeelden van rapporten die uit het systeem kunnen worden gehaald, zijn opgenomen. De gegevens worden geanalyseerd voor gebruik bij HACCP-beheer.
