Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. Cover design by Dick Smith (illustrator). 1st Edition. Not a book but a 12-inch, 33-1/3 rpm stereo vinyl record album, Epic BN 26217, near-mint vinyl in a "good-plus" jacket to which previous owner chose to affix her name (front panel, bottom left) via adhesive tape. (We can remove many kinds of tape, but adhesive tape will pretty much strip away any emulsion across which it has been allowed to dry, so we have left in place.) Though "electronically re-channeled for stereo," this very early sojourn into relatively low-key "psychedelic rock," produced by Mickie Most, may be Mr. Leitch's best album, featuring "Season of the Witch," "The Trip," "Guinevere," "The Fat Angel" (for Cass Elliott), "Legend of a Girl Child Linda," five others. There are some reports this disc -- which took different forms in each country of release -- may be Canadian. It reached No. 11 on the US album charts in September, 1966. Reduced from $17.

They could have imperfections such as creasing, fanning, inscriptions, margin notes, yellowing, staining on edge or cover or pages, bumps, scuffs, etc etc (sometimes multiple of these). It's a wide category that encompasses anything that isn't almost-new down to anything that is slightly better than poor.
