Requieren una transformación de sí mismo para posibilitar la cocreación y la coevolución. Son guiadas por una constante preocupación ética, el pensamiento crítico, la transparencia de los prejuicios, la consciencia sobre las relaciones de poder y privilegio, y una sensibilidad profunda.
