Very few pages (about 5%) have light penned marginalia, no text obscured. Binding adhesive visible at front but pages are sound throughout, with all text clear. TS. Used.

No Jacket. 1st ed. 250+(3, pub.'s philosophy and psychology list), a few text figs; early previous owner's ex-libris label to front pastedown,very faint brown strips to inner edges of outer sides of endpapers, 1 slight gutter opening of little consequence; dark cloth covers clean and minimally worn, tiny nick top spine, traces of surface rubbing, again of little significance. The University of London-based author, who was basically an experimental psychophysicist, struck what was, at the time, an unfashionably sour note with this critique.
