Soft cover. Condition: Good. 1st Edition. Interesting small booklet featuring information about the year and Philadelphia. Some notes on the blank pages throughout the book. Interesting, the last written section is called "Post Office Establishment" and features great information about postage routes and rates. Wear and discoloration but comparatively in fairly good condition to similar pieces of this style and age.

Hardcover. Condition: Good+. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall; 381 pp; Full leather binding, dated 1813 and dedicated to the President (Thomas Jeffereson) who was president in 1807 when the book was writte. Bindng solid with black spine title black, leather heavily scuffed and worn to the board at the corners, several owner's names and a stamp, foxed and toned throughout, pages unmarked. A coffee stain of about 1 inch on two endpapers. A nice book for the age. Includes index at the back.
