The front cover has had a sticker of some sort removed at the lower part of the page in an area approximately 1 1/2 inches by 2 inches which has taken the outer layer off. Otherwise the book would grade much higher. A reading copy only for those who like local history and nostalgia and who want to preserve reminiscences.
