En esta segunda entrega se analizan aquellos otros documentales que aparecieron en los márgenes, como los de suplencia surgidos en la última etapa del franquismo. Ambos casos con los resultados de la investigación Análisis de las representaciones audiovisuales de la educación en documentales y noticiarios durante el franquismo (Ref. EDU2017-89646-R, AEI/FEDER, UE). En el primer libro se procedió a una aproximación a la historia desde la interrelación entre propaganda y educación. En esta ocasión se incluye una reflexión sobre cómo pensar geográficamente, ya que la educación no se da en la abstracción. Seguidamente, el libro procede a un análisis de los documentales y proyecciones cinematográficas educativas (los niños prodigio del cine español, el documental de suplencia en educación o la educación de las sensibilidades a través del documental argentino El corazón de un gobierno) y a una revisión de los distintos aspectos de la educación que convergieron en un sistema como el franquista y entre cuyos perfiles encontramos la representación de la Formación Profesional Industrial en el NO-DO, la contribución del factor emocional en la configuración del imaginario colectivo a través de los reportajes escolares del NO-DO y el tránsito de la redención moral a la redención de penas por el trabajo en los programas reeducativos de los centros penitenciarios. Firstly, and as is usually the case in the history of thought, because his life and intellectual trajectory reproduces and expresses some of the most disti…nctive features of the historical period in which he developed. When we look at the vicissitudes and the facets he had to live through, when we pay attention to the initiatives he undertook, it becomes difficult not to see a character marked by a set of fundamental circumstances in our history: the situation of pedagogy in the first third of the 20th century, the Second Republic, the Spanish Civil War, the American exile, and so on. On the other hand, and as usually happens in any history of thought, Roura-Parella is interesting because of his singularity as a thinker, that is to say, because of the difficulty in reducing him definitively to a well-defined set of currents of thought or doctrines. En este libro publicado en ocasión del décimo aniversario de su muerte, se presenta una aproximación al perfil personal, intelectual y académico del Dr. Alexandre Sanvisens Marfull (1918-1995) que durante toda su vida estuvo vinculado a la Universidad de Barcelona. Primero como alumno de Filosofía y Derecho, de…spués como profesor de la Facultad de Filosofía desde el año 1942 y, finalmente, como catedrático (1971) de Pedagogía General de la misma Universidad. Formado al socaire del magisterio de los hermanos Tomás y Joaquín Carreras Artau, el profesor Sanvisens se vinculó a la tradición filosófica catalana (Martí de Eixalá, Llorens Barba) perfilando un pensamiento que se caracteriza -entre otros aspectos- por su dimensión relacional y la importancia que concede a la conciencia. Sobre estas bases elaboró una teoría sistemática sobre la educación a partir de la cibernética y de la teoría general de sistemas, planteamiento que durante años ha vivificado el panorama teorético de la Pedagogía española. En este libro se incluyen diversas aportaciones de diferentes profesores del estado Español, a la vez que se incorporan un par de escritos del propio Dr. Sanvisens. Finalmente, se añade un elenco bibliográfico que da cuenta y razón de su extensa y prolífica producción intelectual.
