Das Arbeiten im Homeoffice gilt als Folge dessen und erfreut sich in Deutschland immer mehr an Beliebtheit. Der Wunsch, im Homeoffice zu arbeiten, besteht bei einem nicht zu vernachlässigen Anteil der Arbeitnehmer.Aber wie wirkt sich die Arbeit von zuhause aus Studien zeigen auf, dass im Homeoffice länger gearbeitet wird, was zwangsläufig zu einer Verkürzung der Erholungsphasen führt. Rennen die Heimarbeitenden somit gerade auf ein Burnout zu 'Wie ändert sich die Wahrscheinlichkeit, an Burnout zu erkranken, bei zunehmender Tätigkeit im Homeoffice ' lautet die Forschungsfrage der folgenden Arbeit. Ziel der Arbeit ist es, für eine quantitative Datenerhebung einen standardisierten Fragebogen herzuleiten, der es ermöglicht, eine erste Antwort auf diese Frage liefern zu können. Das Homeoffice als Arbeitsort selbst ist in Abgrenzung zu den internen Ursachenfaktoren, wie Persönlichkeitsmerkmale, ein externer Ursachenfaktor des Burnouts, weshalb ausschließlich diese in der vorliegenden Arbeit in Betracht gezogen werden.Im Folgenden wird kurz der Zusammenhang zwischen dem Homeoffice und der Digitalisierung aufgezeigt. Im Anschluss erfolgt eine kurze Darstellung des Burnouts, der dazugehörigen Forschung als auch die Erläuterung der externen Schlüsselfaktoren für das Burnout. Aus den beiden thematischen Grundlagen erfolgt die Herleitung des Fragebogens inklusive des Messmodells, der zugehörigen Variablen als auch dessen Auswertungsmöglichkeit im Falle einer Erhebung. Zum Abschluss wird ein kurzer Ausblick auf die Ergebnisse gegeben und die Arbeit kritisch beleuchtet.
