Soft cover. Condition: Fair. 1st Edition. First Edition. 90 pp. Ex-library with small library stamps not infrequently throughout the book. Tape placed along the spine to hold the book together, probably by the library. The title page (the first page) is chipped at the outer edges, and a scrape at the location of a library stamp has removed the word "and" left five small perforations. Some additional leaves at the beginning have corner chips, as do two blanks at the end. A third blank at the end is mostly missing. The first two leaves are beginning to separate along the tape edge, occasional small edge tears, no text other than the "and" on the title page affected, Fair. Rare in any condition.
