Also present is another version of this broadside in a different typographic arrangment with a pencil note that states that this version was not used. Cloth portion of boards stained. Laid in are two versions of a broadside, "An Introductory Comment as to the Aims and Aspirations of the Hillside Press", with a pencil note on one that it is "not final version". A copy of a laid-in letter dated 2012 from Deborah McCurdy explains that McCurdy changed the name of the Pendle Press to the Hillside Press after learning that Pendle Hill Pamphlets had been issued by American Friends under that imprint.
