Seller: Modetz Errands-n-More, L.L.C., Oxford, MI, U.S.A.
Hardcover. Condition: Fair. B0026VXE86 No dust jacket present and the cover is worn, discolored, faded, stained and shows some moderate fraying at the edges. The outer edge of many of the pages shows light staining, but it does not impact readability. There is a name inside the front cover and the binding is partially separated in a few places. Although at first glance it appears that a title/copyright page might be missing, based on the page numbering, it is possible that as strange as it may seem, there may never have been one. Aside from the possible missing title/copyright page, the book is otherwise completely intact and overall, despite being in rough shape, this is still a very readable copy of the title. Ships, well packaged and very quickly, from MI. The condition selected for the item is accurate and consistent with our other listings of the same general condition. If you have any questions or you would like additional details about the item or pictures, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will get back to you as quickly as possible. Please buy with confidence from us, as we have several thousand satisfied customers and your satisfaction is the goal we strive to achieve with every transaction.

Condition: FAIR. First American edition. While many of Wyllarde's popular novels were romantic and set in exotic locations, this is an ironically titled story of a very young girl whose beauty was her curse. 368 pp. plus 6 pp of publisher's advertisements. Fair condition only (very shabby and worn red cloth binding, missing rear free endpaper, contents are otherwise in good condition and quite readable.) Rather uncommon.
