A rare book, and apparently the only volume of poetry by Grisenthwaite, who seems to have written on agriculture, and is probably… the author of a long refutation of Paine's Age of Reason (1822). The first 52pp of this work contain his Dissertation on poetical composition. Johnson, Provincial Poetry, 400.
