Exterior hinges are cracking. Any writing that was on spine is illegible, with paper chipping off in some place. Board covering bottom inch or so of spine is chipped away. Pages clean, binding strong. Some pages have been cut inexpertly, resulting in small tears not effecting the text. Page 24 is dog eared. Small tear at middle top of rear end page.
