The joy and comfort these ponies brought have made them more than just collectibles to her and her parents. Debra continued to expand her collection of all the American ponies. She loves to share all her information with others, which is how she got started writing this book. After joining an internet group of My Little Pony collectors, it became readily apparent that she had a tremendous knowledge of these collectibles, and she ended up publishing two earlier editions of this book on her own.
