Soft cover. Condition: Near Fine. 1st Edition. Stated First Edition. There's an inscription on the title page. It reads 'Stasia, There is a magic here and it is white.' Below that you can see the signatures of the poet and painter (see photo). The book is in very good condition. The front cover and spine look pretty much perfect. The white rear cover has a small crease at its bottom corner, and some scratching a couple of inches below the top edge. The interior of the book is near-perfect. The back cover corner crease can be just made out at the bottom corner of the preceding page, the blank rear end paper. The pages are very clean and free of any conspicuous wear. There are no markings. No attachments. And with the exception of the two signatures, no one has written their name or anything else anywhere in the book. Lamb was homeschooled by her parents, both artists, with her four siblings in New Hampshire.
