Istanbul sokaklarinda yürüyen insanlarin yavas yavas Rock'ci gençligi farketmeye basladigi yillarda birkaç yeni Rock Bar'in açilmasi üzerine, bu tip olusumun yeni bir toplumsal cemaati ortaya çikarmaya basladiginin habercisi oldu.
