The book concludes by proposing a series of reforms aimed at reining in the power of prosecutors and restoring balance to the justice system. These reforms include measures to increase the independence of judges, limit the ability of prosecutors to initiate investigations without judicial oversight, and expand the rights of defendants. Ultimately, the author argues that these changes are necessary to ensure that the Prussian justice system is truly impartial, fair, and accountable to the public it serves.
