He is a past president of the Southwick Historical Society, Inc., which owns the Southwick History Museum, and is a restoration carpenter at Old Sturbridge Village, New England's largest living history museum. This book is written for the Celebrate Southwick 250 Committee in celebration of Southwick's 250th anniversary, with all author proceeds going to the Southwick Civic Fund.
