She has served in adjunct/facilitator positions for the Schools of Education for the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and Chattanooga. Helen served as president of Hamilton County Reading Association, state president of Tennessee Reading Association, and 'Distinguished Classroom Teacher' of Hamilton County. She was a Stokley fellow at the University of Tennessee, in Knoxville, where she received a master's degree in administration and supervision. DR. JULIA NORRIS STANLEY-MACK Julia (Julie) Beatrice Norris Stanley-Mack has pastored Life Spring Worship Center in Bloomingdale, Georgia, for thirty-seven years.
