Ein Team aus zivilen und militarischen Experten hat in einem gemeinsamen Forschungsprojekt die wissenschaftlichen Grundlagen fur aussagekraftige Energietragerverbrauchsprognosen groaer, heterogener Gebaudebestande gelegt, okonomische Vor-gehensweisen entwickelt und fundierte Potentialangaben moglich gemacht. Der vorliegende Projektbericht stellt den gefundenen, sehr okonomischen, in Osterreich dennoch alle gesetzlichen nationalen und europaischen Vorgaben und Auflagen erfullenden Losungsweg vor. Dieser kann nunmehr - nicht nur - vom Osterreichischen Bundesheer beschritten werden und dabei erhebliche Mittel zu Gunsten anderer Aufgaben frei machen.
