This very rare booklet was found with the original mailing (unaddressed) envelope in NICE condition with a few side splits. The booklet of history and a poem is in near fine condition with a very light glue ghost/bleed… through from the envelope. Contents Fine. Very uncommon as I could find only one example at local institutions (NHHS), no others for sale or recorded as sold. Currently on display in our museum case devoted to The Franconia Notch and the Old Man/Cannon Mountain. Charles T. Bodwell (illustrator).
