1. Aufl. Anlässlich der drei Einzelausstellungen Jean Luc Moulènes (*1955, lebt in Paris) in Bourges (F), Hannover (D) und Rom (I) erscheint eine aus drei Büchern bestehende Katalogbox. Der erste Band umfasst erstmalig Abbildungen der kompletten Serie der »Disjunktionen« eine fotografische Serie aus den 1980er bis 1990er Jahren,… in der sowohl der plastische als auch der fotografische Blick des Künstlers deutlich wird. Die Arbeiten waren im Herbst 2014 im Centre d Art Transpalette in Bourges zu sehen und werden im Buch durch einen Text von Damien Sausset begleitet. Das zweite Buch bezieht sich auf die Ausstellung im Kunstverein Hannover, die einen Querschnitt des OEuvres präsentierte. Durch einen Essay von Jens Asthoff wird der Blick der Kuratorin der Ausstellung Kathleen Rahn erweitert, und nach langer Pause erscheint somit einmal wieder eine deutschsprachige Analyse. Der dritte Band mit einem Text von Eric de Chassey bezieht sich schließlich auf Moulènes Ausstellung mit vornehmlich skulpturalen, neuen Arbeiten in der Villa Massimo in Rom. Die drei sich ergänzenden Bücher geben einen breiten, tiefen und faszinierenden Einblick in das Moulèn sche Werk. Die Texte sind jeweils in der Muttersprache des Landes sowie in englischer Fassung vorhanden.
