But newspaperman Robert Young has o…ther plans for her love life. Remade once more as a comedy in 1948, as "That Wonderful Urge," with Tyrone Power and Gene Tierney. Shot on location in California. 10 x 8 inches. Good, with profuse manuscript annotations to the verso and three to the recto, although not obscuring the image. Stamped to the verso.

This revised edition originally issued by Adam and Charles Black, London, 1895. This printing of the Black edition includes the wonderful Adolphe Lalauze plate illustrations issued with the Motteux trans…lation of 1884. Given the piratical nature of the publishing world at the time, we have no idea if Black or Motteux or Lalauze received any payment for the use of the work, but this presentation is excellent, though the covers are significantly worn, the sewn interior binding is quite solid and the pages uncut so it was clearly never read; the paper is clean but moderately yellowed.
