Small octavo: unpaginated with decorated double-page extra title page, decorated title page, decorated and illuminated pages with hand-lettered text, all printed in brown and black, by Ralph Fletcher Seymour. In the publisher's dark green flat-weave cloth spine over grayish green paper-covered thin boards, with dark green and gold-printed floral ornaments, floral vine decorations, and titling.
