The proposed model is tested in the context of a smart car service.The results of our study indicate that the compatibility with past experiences with existing and comparable technologies is indeed a critical factor affecting perceived ease-of-use, perceived usefulness, and perceived enjoyment of a smart car service. It is also found that TTF directly influence the adoption intention and is also a significant factor mediating the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment on the adoption intention. Finally, the results show that visual attractiveness of the interface design enhances the evaluation of the key constructs of our model, such as user's perception of compatibility, perceived enjoyment, and adoption intention. 52 pp. Englisch.

El modelo propuesto se prueba en el contexto de un servicio de automóviles inteligentes. Los resultados de nuestro estudio indican que la compatibilidad con experiencias pasadas con tecnologías existentes y comparables es, en efecto, un factor crítico que afecta a la facilidad de uso percibida, la utilidad percibida y el disfrute percibido de un servicio de automóviles inteligentes. También se ha descubierto que la TTF influye directamente en la intención de adopción y es también un factor significativo que media el efecto de la utilidad percibida y el disfrute percibido en la intención de adopción. Por último, los resultados muestran que el atractivo visual del diseño de la interfaz mejora la evaluación de los conceptos clave de nuestro modelo, como la percepción de compatibilidad del usuario, el disfrute percibido y la intención de adopción.
