Literary criticism of the works of the Peruvian poet/dramatist César Vallejo. Vallejo wrote in the surrealist style before the Surrealist movement began. His works were radical and pro-worker and caused his exile to Europe where he became involved in the Spanish Civil War, writing a book of poetry about the war.
