Condition: Fair. No edition remarks. 817 pages. No dust jacket. Blue cloth with gilt lettering. Deckled edges. Rough cut edges. Pages are moderately tanned with visible foxing, heavy to endpapers. Mild cracking to gutters, however binding remains firm. Mild droplet staining to text block edges. Boards have light edgewear with corner crushing and notable marking to boards. Heavy tanning to spine, which has mild crushing to ends. Books has a backward lean. Boards are mildly warped.

Spine extremities and corners are bumped and rubbed. Front hinge is cracked. Spine is sun-darkened, but gilt lettering still fairly bright. Library inkstamps on page edges. Endpapers foxed.
