Paperback. Condition: New. Print on Demand. This book provides a detailed historical exploration of the decades leading up to Prussia's defeat in 1806. The author begins by presenting an overview of the state of Prussia under King Frederick II, emphasizing the power and prestige it had achieved, before delving into the political and military decisions that shaped the country's fate. The book examines the complex interplay of domestic and foreign policy, analyzing Prussia's military strategy, its diplomatic relations with other European powers, and the internal challenges it faced, including economic instability and social unrest. The author argues that Prussia's downfall was not inevitable but rather the result of a combination of factors, including a flawed military strategy, diplomatic miscalculations, and a failure to address internal weaknesses. The work provides a nuanced and insightful analysis of the causes of Prussia's defeat, shedding light on the complexities of power, diplomacy, and military strategy during a pivotal period in European history. fest gebunden. 215 Seiten.
