Originally from the collection of noted Ophthalmic surgeon, L Webster Fox, with two of his signed bookplates on both pastedown and verso of flyleaf. Subsequently donated to the Philadelphia College of Physicians, their "duplicate" stamp on front endpage, but no other library attachments or indications. Several lines on front flyleaf of Physician College sale prices in pen crossed out. Cloth backstrip lightly shelf soiled. Upper corners slightly bumped. All around solid and neat, save for the stamp and prices inked on front fly. G++ to VG-Uncommon. Includes Claiborne's "New Procedure and Instrument for the Artificial Maturation of Cataract". A notice post card for the Dec. 1914 Philadelphia Medical Society meeting is laid in at front.…
