Tout au long de sa vie, il est rest fid le son exp rience initiale de la poterie et a laiss son travail voluer de la c ramique aux formes basiques (bols, assiettes, carafes) d'autres ?uvres plus audacieuses (vases cruciformes, calebasses, pots composites, encriers). Attach la beaut du geste, qu'il ma trise la perfection, il fait voluer ses pi ces, les faisant voluer dans la taille et l'effet de surface, m lant dans chacune terre crue et gla ure exub rante dans des variations uniques. Il a conserv cette chelle monumentale pour cr er, parall lement aux murs, de grandes sculptures de pierre, ou un m lange de brique et de granit, de brique et de brique, ou de brique et de gr s. Ils sont install s dans la verdure et invitent le spectateur p n trer dans cet entre-deux, le vide, pour une exp rience exceptionnelle. Les ?uvres de Pierre Culot expriment la dualit , le passage, la compl mentarit des forces, dans un langage architectural librement interpr t d'arcs, de portails et de contreforts.
