Inside the front cover is a book plate - The gift of M Oppenheim (bibliophile and pioneer historian of English naval administration, 1853-1927) in 1919 to Bath Public Reference Library, but none of the usual lending library labels. viii, 334 quite clean pages and 32 pages of advertisements at rear. Overall this book published in 1883 is in good condition.
