Has a previous owner bookplate on the front pastedown page and a glue stain from appears to have been an identical bookplate on the verso of the front endpaper. Has a light on the upper corner of the front cover.

The author, a renowned Russian historian, predicts that Hitler will face an even greater defeat. But this perfidious and malicious enemy miscalculated his own strength and the strength of the Soviet people," Eugene Tarlé writes.
