Conrad betont…in der Einleitung, dass es hier keineswegs um die "Torheiten des Antisemitismus" geht, denn "eine ganze Rasse summarisch als Schädling zu erklären, ist Verrücktheit" (S.IV), sondern um das innere Leben des Volkes, um Reformen. - Max Seiling (1852-1928), Prof. für mechanische Technologie u. Hofrat. Darüber hinaus befasste er sich eingehend mit Spiritismus u. Okkultismus. Mit seiner Frau trat er 1908 in die Deutsche Sektion der Theosophischen Gesellschaft ein u. im selben Jahr, in die Guido-von-List-Gesellschaft, zu deren Gründungsmitgliedern er gehörte. Über die Theosophie fand er zur Anthroposophie, wurde aber nach 1916 zum erbitterten Gegner von Rudolf Steiner. - Einband ist etwas angeschmutzt, mit kl. Fehlstellen u.
