Since there are 24 ½ stories there are wide varieties of subject discussed such as obesity, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, arthritis, the diseases of the teeth, fear of death, cancer, quit smoking in one hour, families in distress, family catastrophe. There is a unique story where family had a major car accident and two people died at this spot, you will learn how family dealt with this major loss.What you will enjoy most is there is a dialogue between the patient and the doctor in each story and it makes you feel as if you are sitting with Dr. Singhal in his office and observing the conversation.Dr. Singhal uses hypnotherapy in many of his patient and again you will enjoy the dialogue and the different techniques that he uses for different patient. Finally he has given a practical healing exercise which alone is the worth of the investment into the book.The half unfinished story is the last chapter of the book. That addresses many issues such as what is normal weight, what's is normal BMI, what food are the best to eat to stay healthy, how much water you should drink, it removes some misconception about eating.
