The first printing of the revised English edition published by Liveright was in 1930. The Text Block is clean, lightly tanned, still tight, straight and square with faded topstain, rough fore-edges and bottom edges, and no markings of any kind. The Binding is full brown cloth with gilt title, author's name and design to front board, faded gilt title, etc., to spine, off-white endpapers unmarked except for prior owner's name on front endpaper, corners bumped, and wear at head and heel of spine. No Dust Jacket. 487 pages. 6 5/8" x 9 1/2". A wide-ranging survey of the major world religions from ancient times to modern. NOTE: This is a heavy book, weighing 1,075 grams / 2 lb., 6 oz., and will require extra postage for international shipment or expedited delivery.
