N.B.: the title-page advertises 26 plates but the contents listing, and my own collation, only run to 25; presume that the composer of the title page failed to realize that the frontispiece, sometimes unnumbered, had been included in the 1-25 assessment and so was double-counted. A Fair copy: evidence of an old dampstain to the right front of the cloth, rubbing and chafing to the corners and spine ends, partial separation at the lower right of the backstrip, offsetting to the rear (not scaring, as the photos might suggest but a paper accretion from contact with an unknown source); hinges sound, bookplate to the front endpaper, clean text and plates but variable (light to moderate, no worse) foxing.
