Diese Frage wurde auch durch die Einführung der "Ehe für Alle" zum 1. Oktober 2017 nicht beantwortet. Denn wird die Eingetragene Lebenspartnerschaft nicht in eine Ehe umgewandelt, bleibt sie weiterhin wirksam bestehen. Dabei wird herausgearbeitet, ob sich eine der klassischen Auslegung nachgelagerte Gesamtbetrachtung der Auslegungsergebnisse auf ihre Vereinbarkeit mit sämtlichen objektiven Wertentscheidungen des Grundgesetzes eignen würde, einer ergebnisgeleiteten Norminterpretation dogmatisch entgegenzuwirken. Die Untersuchung schlieÃt mit der Entwicklung und Anwendung eines eigenen Là sungsansatzes, der den Versuch unternimmt, auf der Grundlage des Konkordanzgedankens einen normativ geleiteten Begründungsdiskurs zur Konzeption des Rechtsgutsgehalts von Art. 6 Abs. 1 Alt. 1 GG zu entwickeln und im konkreten Fall anzuwenden.
