Em seguida, o estudo explorou a relação interveniente dos factores de BCO: comportamentos de ajuda/altruísmo, espírito desportivo, lealdade/conformidade geral, consciência/imitação individual, virtude cívica e cortesia. A população do estudo era constituída por todos os funcionários da D.T.Dobie que estavam presentes no momento da recolha de dados em julho de 2015. Foi selecionada uma amostra de 151 inquiridos da população utilizando o método de amostragem aleatória estratificada que captou 30% da população total no rácio de 3,1 com representação de todas as categorias de emprego. Foi utilizado um desenho de investigação descritivo.

La popolazione dello studio comprendeva tutto il personale del D.T.Dobie che era presente al momento della raccolta dei dati nel luglio 2015. Un campione di 151 intervistati è stato selezionato dalla popolazione utilizzando un metodo di campionamento casuale stratificato che ha catturato il 30% della popolazione totale nel rapporto di 3,1 con una rappresentanza di tutte le categorie di impiego. È stato utilizzato un disegno di ricerca descrittivo.
