Nestor Braunstein et Jacques Nassif s'attachent ici à se reposer les questions abordées par Freud, en fonction des changements apportés par la civilisation d'aujourd'hui. Psychanalyste d'origine argentine, Nestor A. Braunstein réside à Mexico où il a introduit l'enseignement de Lacan. Il est l'auteur, entre autres ouvrages, de La Jouissance, un concept lacanien (érès, collection " Point hors ligne ", 2e édition 2005), Depuis Freud, après Lacan (érès, 2008).
