Examinando el concepto de interpretación de Dworkin y sus bases epistemológicas, Marmor descubre una serie de incoherencias lógicas que pueden llevar a la teoría y la práctica del derecho a un relativismo peligroso que, en realidad, resulta innecesario desde el punto de vista lógico y lingüístico.
