This likely was a version sold for informational purposes, or it could have been removed from a volume with the plates. Good, clean and tight but with general shelf wear to covers and spine splitting at both ends.

General shelf wear to covers with soiling, name in pencil, wear to head/tail of spine, and covers bent in two spots. Still, the binding is firm.
