Very good. Folded into 4 (length and width) , 1/4 inch chip and 1/2 inch tear on side edge of one fold, 1/2 inch tears at intersection, remnants of a 3/4 x 1 inch label and title of map (in pencil) on reverse side, just starting to lightly age yellow, which gives it a nice patina, otherwise clean and unmarked.
