Las 152 vías propuestas se han estructurado en siete sectores: macizo de Peñalara, Cabezas de Hierro, La Maliciosa, Siete Picos, Peña Cabrita, Cuerda de las Buitreras y La Najarra. Todas las vías propuestas se encuentran ilustradas con fotografías sobre las que se han trazado las líneas del recorrido. Además, se incluye una breve descripción de cada una de ellas, indicando su longitud e inclinación máxima. También se advierte sobre posibles circunstancias que pueden dificultarnos la ejecución de cualquiera de las vías, como por ejemplo complicaciones por la escasez o acumulación excesiva de nieve.
