Spine is uncreased with straight edges and gold lettering. Text block is square. 667p. Interior is unmarked with crisp glossy white pages filled with b/w and some colored photos of hundreds of different types of pigeons. Silver Dust Jacket is unclipped. Red lettering is bold. Jacket has moderate handling wear of surface scratches, creasing and a closed tear at the upper edge of front cover.

Early reprint, hardcover, has a slight skew to the binding, bumps to the spine ends and cover corners, mild smudging with a touch of yellowing to the edges of the text block, and a previous owner's name penciled to the head of the first free end page. Overall, a Near Very Good copy in a Good+, unclipped dust jacket, which has chipped bumps to the spine ends and cover corners, light wear with creased tears to the edges, rubbing to the covers, a touch of sun toning to the spine, and a tape repair to the head of the upper front hinge, which is only visible from the inside. The jacket is wrapped in Mylar.
