There is a little tan staining to the first end page and the last end page where newspaper articles or something similar may have been laid in at one time. Remaining pages are clean without creases, marks, stains or wrinkles. Very little soiling to the green cloth outer covers. The gilt lettering on the spine is clean and bright. The lower right corner of the front cover and lower left corner of the back cover are bumped. There is light wear to the top and bottom edges of the spine and covers, corner tips.
