The author of these 159 pages - INDEX at back - sees the Great Pyramid as material demonstration of the utterances of the Biblical prophets. He is able to tie dates of discovery of pyramid passages to world history events - like the death of Stalin in 1953. (Think - chronograph). LEARN more about : First Lower Passage, Sir Flinders Petrie, Rehoboam, casing stones, core masonry,1940, and Displacement Factor. The carefully executed b/w drawing on page 129 shows how ' the Cross' fits over the coffer of the King's Chamber. It os but one of several such diagrams. Cond ; Boards are green with a darker green spine band. White end-papers. D.J. is in grey and white tones and shows the pyramid at Ghiza. Volume is square and clean and bright with (pencil) name of p/o on ffep. Very light toning and soiling. D.J. is mostly VG with some damage along bottom edges. Excellent reference copy ! Quote (p. 31) : " The Queen's Chamber lies almost in the center of the Great Pyramid. It is built entirely of limestone, is approximately 19 feet in length and 17 feet wide; its walls, 15 feet high, support a gabled roof.
