Zur statistischen Absicherung der Ergebnisse wurden pro Versuchsparameter fünf gleichartige Werkzeuge geprüft; das bedingte einen Versuchsaufwand von ca. 600 000 gepreßten Teilen. Parallel zu diesen experimentellen Untersuchungen wurde der Voll-Vorwärts-Fließpreßvorgang mit der Finite-Elemente-Methode simuliert. Die vorliegenden Ergebnisse können zur Optimierung von Fließpreßwerkzeugen für das Voll-Vorwärts-Fließpressen mit kegeliger Schulter bezüglich des Bruchverhaltens dienen. Sie stellen damit einen Beitrag zur Erhöhung der Fertigungssicherheit und der daraus resultierenden Wirtschaftlichkeit für das technologisch wichtige Verfahren der Kaltmassivumformung dar.

Der Autor hat am Beispiel des Voll-Vorwärts-Fließpressens Standmengenuntersuchungen zur Erfassung von Einfl…ußgrößen auf den Werkzeugbruch durchgeführt, worüber in dieser Publikation berichtet wird. Zur statistischen Absicherung der Ergebnisse wurden pro Versuchsparameter fünf gleichartige Werkzeuge geprüft; das bedingte einen Versuchsaufwand von ca. 600 000 gepreßten Teilen. Parallel zu diesen experimentellen Untersuchungen wurde der Voll-Vorwärts-Fließpreßvorgang mit der Finite-Elemente-Methode simuliert. Die vorliegenden Ergebnisse können zur Optimierung von Fließpreßwerkzeugen für das Voll-Vorwärts-Fließpressen mit kegeliger Schulter bezüglich des Bruchverhaltens dienen.
