De 1942 à 1944, à Limoges où résidait Georges-Emmanuel Clancier, étaient collectés les articles et poèmes écrits en France occupée, et envoyés à Albert Béguin à Genève puis expédiés à Tanger. Et de là en Algérie par Georges Blin.
