Pages 149-164 are hanging on by a single thread. Heavy cracking at the hinges with exposed binding material. Marking from removed plate at front paste down. Boards have heavy edge-wear with bumping to corners, crushing to spine ends and rub wear all over. Peeling and loss to leather. Spine is split down both joints. Head and tail are crushed with further splitting and loss. Reading creases to leather. Gilt darkened. Rear board bent at one corner.
