He provided the manuscript with a description of the content and a full transcription. This manuscript provides legal advice in the case of a debt note (custingbrief, schuldbrief) that has been transferred twice. The legal scholars state the transfers do not take away from the obligations that come with the debt note. The description in Dutch by A. Hielkema: Juridisch advies in zake transporten van een custingbrief door respectievelijk Quirinus Adrianus van Strijen, Hendrick Vockestaert, P. van der Meulen. en Cornelis van den Brouck. Advies betreft een custingbrief (gevestigd op een huis en erf onder Segwaard, ten laste van Leendert Pieterszoon Rickeveen en ten behoeve van Jannetje Hendricxdochter, laatst weduwe van Pieter Maertenszoon), gepasseerd voor schout en schepenen van Segwaard op 3 oktober 1617, die tweemaal getransporteerd is, namelijk op Jacob Lauriszoon van Bodegem (door Hendric Dirkszoon Buerman) en op Gerrit van der Wel (door Maerten van der Dusse als gemachtigde van Abraham van Bodegem). De rechtsgeleerden verklaren dat de transporten geen afbreuk doen aan de verplichtingen, die erin zijn vastgelegd, zodat het resterende kapitaal en de verlopen renten aan het huis verbonden blijven tot de effectieve aflossing toe en alle verschuldigde penningen aan Gerrit van der Wel betaald moeten worden. Dit advies wordt op 16 mei 1647 bevestigd door P. van der Meulen en Cornelis van den Brouck. d.d. respectievelijk 9 mei en 16 mei 1647.
